In fact, because it’s low impact, swimming is the perfect first step to improving your health. So why not take the plunge?

Everyone can think about taking the plunge for a fitter lifestyle through swimming.  To be part of Swim Active you need to register at your local pool.
If you are aged 40-74 years you could qualify to be part of Swim Active.  You'll be asked a few health related questions as part of a check to see if you are eligible.  Information you provide will be treated in strictest confidence. If you are not eligible for Swim Active you can still join in with aquatic activities including Swim Active supported sessions at your local pool, just without some of the additional benefits of the Swim Active package.
